With an extensive background that spans nearly 24 years, John has gathered invaluable experience, particularly from his previous roles at the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP) and NJ TRANSIT. His tenure at NJDEP was marked by his leadership in permitting complex projects, including electric generation facilities and large-scale remediation initiatives. Furthermore, he served as a legislative liaison, engaging in regulatory matters and aiding in policy formulation to address constituent needs.

At NJ TRANSIT, John was instrumental in managing legal services and ensuring compliance with both federal and state funding requirements. He significantly contributed by responding to audits and addressing inquiries from key agencies, such as the U.S. Department of Justice.
