Furthermore, Bixby not only provides general guidance but also identifies the current device settings and suggests various solutions. This means users can accomplish tasks more quickly, even if they are not familiar with the device's capabilities.

For example, if a user asks, “Why is my screen always on when I put it in my pocket?” Bixby will contextualize the inquiry and provide insights into related settings that can prevent undesired screen activation.

Bixby's capabilities also extend to real-time web searches. Users can now access the latest information through Perplexity, with search results displayed directly within Bixby’s user interface.
