With Golden Week approaching, the restaurant is set to delight diners by introducing five seasonal salad dishes designed to celebrate the flavors of early summer.

1. Spicy Garlic Punch! Taiwan Mazesoba Pasta:
Inspired by the famous Nagoya specialty, this dish includes original minced meat mixed with fish powder to create a spicy yet rich flavor that leaves you wanting more.
