RIMAN Expands Its Presence in APAC Markets with Innovation and New Products in Macau

RIMAN Unites APAC Markets Through Innovation in Macau

In a significant move to strengthen its presence in the Asia-Pacific region, RIMAN, a leading company in K-beauty skincare and wellness, successfully executed its "2026 Convention" from April 17-19, 2026, at the Londoner Macao. This event attracted around 2,000 participants from seven different markets including South Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, the Philippines, and Japan, demonstrating RIMAN's commitment to bridging these diverse markets.

Themed "MADE DIFFERENT," this second regional convention focused heavily on leadership training, business strategy, and product innovation. RIMAN's leadership team emphasized the importance of aligning local execution with global strategies while sharing insightful case studies from various markets. The culmination of this exchange was marked by engaging roundtable discussions on leadership and innovative product showcases, enhancing the overall atmosphere of the event.

A highlight of the convention was the revisiting of RIMAN's flagship ingredient, Giant BYoungPool™, which has become a symbol of the brand's philosophy. This ingredient resonated deeply with participants, showcasing the payoffs of RIMAN's dedication to unique formulations rooted in local heritage. Additionally, Hee-sik Kim, CTO of ASK LABS and a researcher at the Korean Institute of Biosciences and Biotechnology, provided an exciting presentation on a new plant-based biomaterial derived from an exclusive strain of chlorella found in Jeju Island. This innovative material, in development for over ten years with an investment of 3.9 billion KRW (approximately 3 million USD), showcases RIMAN's pursuit of cutting-edge research, highlighting the presence of carotenoids such as lutein and zeaxanthin.

During the convention, various exhibitions featured RIMAN's brands, including ICD, botalab, and Lifening, along with digital installations illustrating production and sourcing operations rooted in Jeju. Youngsu Hwang, RIMAN's Global Sales Director, conveyed that the overarching goal of the convention was to enhance coordination across markets and support long-term growth strategies.

Founded in 2018 in South Korea, RIMAN has become a noteworthy global player in the direct sales of beauty and wellness products, redefining K-beauty through high-quality ingredients and innovative techniques. Its state-of-the-art factory in Jeju manages every aspect of product development, from sourcing raw materials to product creation. Notably, RIMAN's Giant BYoungPool™, an advanced variant of Centella Asiatica, received a 20-year protection for plant variety from the Korean Forestry Service in July 2022, and from the USDA in September 2025, solidifying its standing in the industry.

As the world continues to evolve, RIMAN stands at the forefront of innovation, poised to redefine standards of beauty and wellness across the APAC region and beyond.
