A large-scale urban wellness event titled WELLNESS SCRAMBLE! 2025 is set to take place from November 1 to 3, 2025, at Yoyogi Park in Tokyo. Organized by B-connect Inc., this event aims to establish Shibuya and Harajuku as new wellness hubs, bringing together renowned instructors and wellness enthusiasts alike.

Event Overview

The event is categorized as an official program of the Social Innovation Week (SIW), led by the Shibuya Future Design Association. It will feature a notable lineup of wellness experts, including SHIHO, yoga instructors Kazumi Nozawa, Yuka Miyagi, Rio Matsumoto, fitness producers like AYA, and instructors such as Marina Takewaki. Participants can look forward to three immersive days at the frontlines of urban wellness.

The WELLNESS SCRAMBLE! 2025 event is part of the LIFE TUNING Journey Project, created in collaboration with Tokyu Land Corporation.
