With support from 21 Invest France and minority co-investors, the company has successfully acquired Augusta Reeves, a leading SAP S/4HANA Cloud integrator in France and Switzerland; Olivia Sistemas, specializing in Microsoft Business Central ERP in Spain; and BCSYS, another Microsoft Business Central integrator operating in France. These acquisitions enhance TVH's offerings, broadening its market scope and expertise significantly.

Now generating over 110 million euros in revenue, TVH Consulting boasts a workforce of over 600 employees across 11 offices in France, Morocco, Spain, and now, Switzerland and Madagascar. This expansion is pivotal, reflecting a commitment to delivering comprehensive solutions in ERP, DATA/AI, Cybersecurity, and CRM to their diverse clientele.

The addition of Augusta Reeves, which comprises 150 consultants and is part of the global network United VARs, strengthens TVH’s partnership with SAP. This collaboration provides clients an all-encompassing service range from business process implementation to data valorization through SAP's cloud offerings. Moreover, it enhances the company's service portfolio, focusing on business technology and artificial intelligence.
