Aimed at creating a unique experience that blends music and cuisine, Grand Bach Tokyo Ginza invites attendees to enjoy the delicate acidity and transparency characteristic of German wines, alongside a diverse selection of dishes deeply rooted in the country's culinary traditions, all against the backdrop of classical music inspired by Bach.
Anna Zenz, who will also participate in the prestigious ProWine Tokyo 2026, will provide attendees with an engaging overview of the wine regions and grape varieties of Germany, highlighting current trends accessible to both novices and seasoned wine enthusiasts. This event promises a fresh discovery of German wines, ensuring every guest finds something captivating.
Slated to begin at 6:30 PM and concluding at 8:30 PM, the evening will feature a toast with German sparkling wine (Sekt), free-flowing tastings of exquisite red and white wines, and a buffet-style dinner showcasing the very best of German cuisine under Chef Kobayashi’s supervision. The evening will be enhanced by live classical performances featuring pieces by Bach, making this a sensory-rich experience.
Guests will have the opportunity to mingle and appreciate the natural harmony between food and wine that reflects their shared cultural heritage. As the night comes to a close, the event will provide a memorable and delightful opportunity for all attendees to dive into the depths of German music, cuisine, and wines.
