Glasshouse Realty Group operates as a full-service brokerage with ten offices in Ohio. The firm has reported a robust 95% increase in year-over-year sales volume and a 57% jump in the number of agents in 2024. This expansion into the luxury market is anticipated to further propel their growth, especially given that properties sold for $500,000 or more represented 5.4% of the firm's total transactions last year.
