4th China International Supply Chain Expo Highlights Innovations in Global Supply Chains

4th China International Supply Chain Expo (CISCE): Shaping the Future of Global Supply Chains

The 4th China International Supply Chain Expo (CISCE) is set to take place from June 22 to June 26, 2026, in Beijing. This premier event is gathering significant attention as it aims to showcase pivotal innovations impacting the global supply chains of tomorrow. With an emphasis on increasing cooperation worldwide, the expo will feature over 160 product launches, technologies, and services that are reshaping the supply chain landscape.

Focus on Innovation

According to Li Xingqian, Vice President of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT), innovation remains a cornerstone of the expo’s philosophy. This year, participants can look forward to three primary initiatives aimed at fostering global collaboration within the supply chain sector.

One of the major highlights of this year’s event is the Digital Technology Section, which for the first time includes a dedicated area for Artificial Intelligence (AI). Developed in collaboration with leading semiconductor companies, this section focuses on the entire AI value chain, including data management, processing capabilities, algorithms, and practical applications. Major AI companies from China and abroad, such as NVIDIA, will present their technologies, highlighting the innovations within the AI ecosystem.

The CISCE LaunchPad: A Platform for New Ideas

The expo’s CISCE LaunchPad will serve as a pivotal platform, hosting over 30 significant product launches during the five-day event. This element offers exhibitors a unique opportunity to showcase their new innovations and technological advancements to a global audience.

Last year's introduction of the Innovation Chain Zone returns, now with improved features designed to facilitate every stage of the innovation process. It is structured around three key pillars: institutional frameworks, innovation platforms, and support services. The goal is to create a connected ecosystem that streamlines the journey from intellectual property protection through technological incubation to commercialization and implementation.

Emerging Industries Front and Center

This year’s expo will spotlight burgeoning and future industries, including integrated AI solutions, low-altitude aviation, bio-fabrication, and quantum technology. Attendees can expect to get a comprehensive overview of the sector, covering everything from data management and processing capabilities to hands-on application examples.

Reports and Indices

During the expo, organizers will unveil the 2026 edition of the Global Supply Chain Promotion Report, along with a new Global Supply Chain Resilience Index Matrix and various findings from recent research projects. Furthermore, the expo will publish sectoral maps detailing its six key supply chain sectors: Digital Technology, Advanced Manufacturing, Green Agriculture, Healthy Living, Smart Vehicles, and Clean Energy. These maps will outline essential stages within the supply chain and identify the companies engaged at each level.

With such a comprehensive approach, the 4th CISCE seeks not only to showcase innovations but also to pave the way for enhanced international cooperation within the supply chain sector, supporting the sustainable growth of businesses in an interlinked world economy.
