Manufacturing Timeline
Our current manufacturing timeline is based on projected support purchases, but should the community support exceed our expectations, it’s possible that production and shipping might experience unforeseen delays. We are committed to transparency and will keep our supporters updated through activity reports if there are any changes to our initial plans.
It's essential to emphasize that products bought through unofficial channels or parallel imports may not come with the same warranty provided by our authorized dealers. When you purchase through the right channels, you can expect to access necessary certifications for distribution within Japan, as well as proper customs handling.
Customer Responsibility
There may be similar products circulating in the domestic market; however, we will not be able to address inquiries regarding competing items. We ask for your understanding, as both parallel imports and unofficial purchases can occur. Please bear in mind that it may not be entirely preventable.
Furthermore, the delivery timelines provided reflect our projections at the time of the project announcement. Due to the nature of our support purchasing model, there is a risk of shipping delays. Generally, it’s difficult to cancel a support purchase due to delivery delays; however, we will consider cancellation requests from those affected if the delay exceeds two months from the anticipated delivery window.
Return and Refund Policy
In cases of defective products or shipping issues, customers are encouraged to reach out to us within seven days of receiving their item. We will provide either a full refund or a replacement product for any items that meet our defect policy. For initial defects, the cost of return shipping will be covered by us.
