Impact of Harassment Reports on Corporate Communication Practices in Japan



In a time when awareness of harassment issues is gaining momentum in corporate environments, a recent study conducted by Nihon Information, a major marketing research firm based in Chuo-ku, Tokyo, sheds light on the changing dynamics of workplace communication. Conducted from March 19 to 20, 2025, the survey sampled 1,015 employed individuals aged 23 to 65 from across Japan.
