Impact of Harassment Reports on Corporate Communication Practices in Japan
In a time when awareness of harassment issues is gaining momentum in corporate environments, a recent study conducted by Nihon Information, a major marketing research firm based in Chuo-ku, Tokyo, sheds light on the changing dynamics of workplace communication. Conducted from March 19 to 20, 2025, the survey sampled 1,015 employed individuals aged 23 to 65 from across Japan.
Key Findings
Rise in Classification of Harassment
The study indicates that common types of harassment, namely sexual harassment, power harassment, and moral harassment, continue to be prevalent in workplaces. Interestingly, the recognition of
