Tokyo Tarako Spaghetti, a subsidiary of Arcland Service Holdings, is set to introduce an exquisite new dish as part of their autumn offerings. Beginning September 17, 2025, customers can savor the Sea Urchin and Salmon Roe Tarako Spaghetti at all locations. This dish is a celebration of the season, expertly crafted to enhance your culinary experience during the bountiful autumn months.

Unique Flavor Experience

This autumn's must-try dish features a beautifully rich sauce made from chewy fresh pasta, combined with tartar sauce and luxurious sea urchin. Generously topped with additional sea urchin, salmon roe, and smoked tarako (cod roe), every bite promises a delightful burst of flavor. The aromatic essence of sea urchin envelops your palate, perfectly complemented by the pop of salmon roe and the tartness of the tartar sauce.

New Grand Menu Launch

In addition to the star dish, the autumn grand menu will also unveil two more sumptuous offerings:
1. Karasumi and Kujo Green Onion Golden Tarako Spaghetti - Made with a generous helping of karasumi (salted mullet roe) and crisp Kujo green onions.
- Price: ¥1,200 (tax included: ¥1,320)

2. Porcini and Daikon Tarako Cream - A delicious combination of fragrant porcini mushrooms with simmered daikon and cabbage.

These dishes will be featured at various Tokyo Tarako Spaghetti locations, including Shibuya, Harajuku, Ikebukuro, and Kichijoji, with special menus available at the Yokohama outlet.
