Made-in-China.com Wraps Up 2024 Special Exhibition Featuring 15 Suppliers at BIG 5 Global in Dubai
The BIG 5 Global event, held from November 26 to 29, 2024, at the Dubai World Trade Centre, stands as the largest construction trade show in the Middle East. It brought together industry experts and key decision-makers, collectively surpassing 100,000 attendees. Among the exhibitors was Made-in-China.com, showcasing the prowess of 15 leading Chinese suppliers in the construction materials sector, all aimed at enhancing urban infrastructure and development.
Made-in-China.com not only featured a prominent double-deck booth at the event's heart but also introduced an innovative participation model that streamlined the procurement process. This approach included the careful selection of top suppliers, thorough exhibition logistics management, and extensive support for all participating entities. Such arrangements were designed to forge meaningful connections between suppliers and global buyers, thereby facilitating better collaboration.
One highlight from the exhibition was the testimonial from Michael Bempah Owusu, a long-time user of Made-in-China.com. He expressed his appreciation for the platform, stating, "Made-in-China.com saves me the trouble of visiting factories by verifying suppliers on my behalf. Their virtual factory tours and comprehensive services give me the confidence to source high-quality products in large volumes."
Suzhou Liansheng Aluminum Co., Ltd. also participated in the exhibition for the first time outside of China. Carrie, the business manager, emphasized the significance of in-person meetings, stating, "Through the special exhibition organized by Made-in-China.com, we established deep connections with UAE visitors. Engaging with buyers face-to-face allowed us to design products that truly meet their needs. Without attending, we couldn't have imagined how to achieve this effectively."
Pioneering a new "Special Exhibition" program since November 2023, Made-in-China.com successfully blended online and offline resources, providing a platform for global buyers to connect directly with high-quality Chinese suppliers. The initiative allowed for valuable product evaluations, making it easier for international buyers to understand the offerings of Chinese exporters.
The showcase at the BIG 5 Global marks the final chapter of a series of events under the 2024 Special Exhibition program, which began in October. This initiative coordinated engagements at major international trade shows, such as ITAP in Singapore and CIDEX in Saudi Arabia, enabling Chinese enterprises to gain exposure, explore markets, and network effectively.
Looking forward to 2025, Made-in-China.com aims to broaden its global reach, enhancing services provided to international buyers and exploring opportunities in even more countries. The future seems bright for the platform as it continues to facilitate trade and empower suppliers and buyers alike in their endeavors to foster global connections.
