A resident of Tachikawa, Takayuki Ogaki founded Coe LLC, specializing in PR and media services. His commitment to community involvement led him to participate in the Childcare and Community Transition Committee and to take a role on the Tachikawa Children’s 21 Plan Promotion Council starting in 2025.
