Tokyo's New Application Support Service Launches on July 28 to Assist Residents

Tokyo's New Application Support Service

As of July 28, residents of Tokyo will be able to benefit from a new face-to-face support service aimed at aiding users of the Tokyo Official App. This initiative is part of the ongoing Tokyo Application Living Support Project, which runs until April 1, 2024. The project leverages digital capabilities to enhance the connection between citizens and the local government through smartphones.

Overview of the Tokyo Official App

The Tokyo Official App is designed to allow citizens to engage with local administration easily and intuitively.
