At Unagi no Mansuke, customers can enjoy high-quality eels, sourced directly every morning from trusted wholesalers in Senju. The cooking technique, which utilizes high-temperature direct grilling, captures the natural flavors and richness of the unagi. The restaurant leverages advanced technology from Ushio Seisakusho to create an electric grill that achieves temperatures exceeding 1000°C, replicating the heat qualities of traditional charcoal, resulting in eels that are both flavorful and perfectly textured.
