In an exciting announcement made during the TMC 2025 Annual Meeting & Transportation Technology Exhibition, Decisiv, Inc., a leader in Service Relationship Management (SRM) solutions, revealed its strategic partnership with Wabash, a top provider focused on optimizing end-to-end solutions in transportation, logistics, and infrastructure markets. This collaboration aims to leverage Decisiv's advanced service management technology to facilitate growth within Wabash's dealer network.

Cory O'Brien, Vice President of Digital Enablement at Wabash, emphasized the objective of this partnership: to empower the dealer network by implementing effective technological solutions that promote growth. Our dealers will benefit from these applications that automatically share information."

Decisiv's existing integration with leading Dealer Management Systems (DMS) is a significant advantage that will allow Wabash dealers to seamlessly send Service Relationship Management data to their preferred DMS. This integration simplifies the onboarding process for dealers, as they are not limited to a single vendor's ecosystem. According to O'Brien, the choice to partner with Decisiv stemmed from their proven capability to revolutionize service operations, enhancing the execution for large commercial vehicle service networks that handle millions of transactions.

Through this partnership, the SRM technology will enable effective capabilities, including tracking and scheduling preventive maintenance, communicating during service events, and managing service and repair data across the dealer service network. Dealers will be able to deliver information swiftly to Wabash's fleet customers, enhancing the overall customer experience.

Looking ahead, there are plans to integrate parts ordering functionalities into Decisiv's SRM, creating a more streamlined point of service for dealers. Such advancements promise to significantly enhance operational efficiency.

Peak Trailer Group, a multi-line dealer affiliated with Wabash and located in Texas, has already leveraged Decisiv's SRM platform since May 2024. Doug Fox, the General Manager of Peak Trailer Group, reported substantial improvements in service efficiency, stating, "In the Decisiv platform, we rapidly established SOPs to reduce wasted time, and the results were immediate." For instance, technicians who once spent an average of 6.5 hours waiting for parts can now expedite their work, as necessary parts are pre-loaded onto the trailer based on check-in and diagnostic information.

Fox highlighted an improved shop efficiency rate, noting a leap from a low 70 percent range to approximately 95 percent. This efficiency boost has correlated with an increase in gross profit margins per repair order, enhancing financial outcomes for his dealership.
