Jacobs Selected for Uxbridge Moor Substation Design

In a significant stride towards bolstering London's electrical infrastructure, Jacobs has been appointed by Murphy as the civil design partner for the Uxbridge Moor substation project. This new facility, located in west London, represents a multimillion-pound contract awarded by National Grid Electricity Transmission (NGET). The Uxbridge Moor substation will serve as a connection point for new customers to the electrical network, designed to accommodate the sharp rise in electricity demand in western London.
