Tony Gingiss as its new chief executive officer, effective
December 9, 2024. This decision follows a distinguished career for Gingiss, who has more than
30 years of experience in executive leadership roles across various sectors, encompassing commercial, civil, defense, and national security space initiatives.
Gingiss comes to Millennium Space Systems from notable previous positions at Terran Orbital, Virgin Orbit, and Airbus OneWeb Satellites. bachelor's degree in Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from
Purdue University and a
master's degree in Aeronautics and Astronautics from
MIT. His contributions to the field were recognized when he was awarded Purdue's
2019 Outstanding Aerospace Engineer Award and received a prestigious fellowship from
Charles Stark Draper Laboratories.
