Engaging Young Minds: Tokyo High School Students Experience Home Building
In a vibrant initiative by the Tokyo Educational Authority, the Open House Group participated in the Job Camp 2026, offering high school students hands-on experience in the fascinating world of home building. On July 22 and 23, 2026, the company welcomed a group of 19 students from 10 different public high schools, immersing them in a range of activities designed to spark their interest in architecture and design.
The program kicked off with an engaging icebreaker led by Ryoya Kaneko, a member of the company’s Human Resource Development Unit. While the initial atmosphere was filled with the typical nerves of first-time encounters, the icebreaker quickly transformed it into a lively and energized environment.
