At the heart of the menu is a creative selection of appetizers that celebrate the standout color red. Guests can savor six beautifully presented hors d'oeuvres that showcase the region's high-quality ingredients:

• - Brochettes made with Date Chicken from Fukushima, paired with summer vegetables and a tartar sauce featuring Aomori's premium corn, Dake-kimi.
• - Omar lobster fritters served with a vibrant red gazpacho sauce.
• - Refreshing capellini with Miyagi's tomatoes and a hint of lime.
• - Canapés made from purebred Date Pork.
