CRONOS BLACK Launches its First Golf Competition Event

On September 26, 2025, CRONOS BLACK, the golf line directed by the renowned talent Yuji, hosted its very first golf competition event named "CRONOS GOLF FESTIVAL" at the Morinaga Takutaki Country Club in Chiba Prefecture, Japan. This event was co-hosted in partnership with the magazine EVEN, attracting significant attention for its innovative blend of CRONOS BLACK's unique aesthetic and the exhilarating world of golf.

CRONOS BLACK is recognized for its minimalistic and stylish designs coupled with exceptional functionality. Starting in 2024, it will feature Yuji as its director, emphasizing the importance of creating golf apparel that champions both design and utility. The festival presented a variety of engaging activities that encapsulated the brand's core philosophy and provided excitement for participants of all skill levels.

On the day of the event, attendees enjoyed various activities including score challenges, team-based competitions, and a bingo game. A highlight was the "Dragon Challenge," where participants tried to beat the impressive score set by Yuji, the champion of the 2024 "CRONOS BLACK Dragon Championship." Celebrity ambassadors Yuji Okuyama and golf talent Namiki also faced off in a thrilling short hole showdown, ensuring there was something for everyone, from beginners to experienced players.

The festival drew a range of prominent personalities and professionals who share a close relationship with the CRONOS brand and its director. Notable attendees included Shinji Takehara, REDRICE, Maiko Kano, Reiko Setta, Arina Hayashi, Daijiro Matsumoto, Issei Matsumoto, Coach Rui, Steven Khan, Shimon Okura, Asaya Bandari, Yunkoro, and Izumi Ishizaki. They added star power to the occasion, mingling with guests and contributing to the vibrant atmosphere.

MC Kuroda Country Club played a pivotal role in energizing the event alongside Yuji, Namiki, and Okuyama. Adding to the excitement, a pop-up store for CRONOS BLACK was set up within the clubhouse, offering attendees the chance to purchase new items ahead of their general release.
