Treat End Works Inc., situated in Shibuya, Tokyo, is excited to announce an upcoming online seminar titled
"Introduction to Mental Health Strategies in Corporate Health Management." This event will spotlight key aspects of corporate health management, particularly focusing on the
mental health sector, including stress checks and workplace improvement initiatives.
This seminar is specifically designed for business operators, health management promoters, HR professionals, supervisors, and occupational health staff working within various organizations. Additionally, anyone interested in corporate health management or mental health strategies is welcome to participate.
Purpose of the Seminar
Since the enactment of the stress check law in 2015 and the rising public awareness of corporate health management, an increasing number of organizations are prioritizing diverse health initiatives. However, many still face challenges regarding translating organizational efforts into tangible outcomes or behavioral changes. Therefore, this seminar aims to assist companies in structuring their
medium-term plans for corporate health management, particularly regarding mental health initiatives. We are honored to welcome Mr. Yuichi Takei from Konica Minolta as our guest speaker, who will provide insights into the
PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) cycle in relation to mental health strategies and stress check implementation. Attendees can expect a practical discussion centered on operationalizing stress check systems and using group analysis results effectively.
Target Audience
This seminar would be beneficial for individuals who are:
- - Interested in mental health initiatives
- - Looking to leverage stress checks for workplace enhancement
- - Involved in planning health management strategies
