WildBrain Provides Important Update on Shareholder Materials
WildBrain Ltd., a global leader in children’s and family entertainment, has announced a delay in the delivery of materials for its Fiscal 2024 Annual General Meeting (AGM) due to an ongoing labour dispute at Canada Post. This situation affects the availability of crucial documents such as the notice of meeting, information circular, and proxy form, collectively referred to as the Meeting Materials.
Details About the Delay
The AGM is scheduled to take place on
Thursday, December 19, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time. However, with the current disruptions, shareholders may not receive physical copies of the Meeting Materials prior to the event. As a result, it is advised that shareholders familiarize themselves with the materials available online rather than waiting for mailed copies. The documentation has already been filed and can be accessed through WildBrain’s
SEDAR+ profile at
www.sedarplus.ca.
Action Required for Shareholders
For registered shareholders who are looking to cast their votes, it is essential to call the Company’s Transfer Agent,
Computershare, at (800) 564-6253 to request a unique control number needed for voting. Shareholders holding shares through intermediaries, such as brokerage firms, should reach out directly to their brokers to obtain copies of the proxy form.
Voting Deadline
It is important to note that the voting deadline for the upcoming AGM is set for
10:00 a.m. Eastern Time on December 17, 2024. Shareholders are encouraged to complete their voting ahead of this deadline to ensure their participation in the decision-making process.
