Located at 1831-25, Oaza Kitaro, Tsurugashima City, this 83.84 square meter (approximately 25.36 tsubo) wooden structure was once a two-story building bereft of purpose. The demolition process commenced on July 7, 2026, and on July 8, the project team showcased a poignant exhibit—an AI-generated "Letter to the Home" created by the interactive AI "Omoideai". After ten days, the demolition wrapped up on July 16, marking a significant milestone in the project's journey.

The essence of our vision transcends merely eliminating vacant homes. Instead, we envision a future that nurtures human potential from these lifeless structures.

Detailed Schedule

- July 7: Commencement of demolition work
- July 8: Display of the "Letter to the Home" on protective barriers around the site

With the ground now cleared post-demolition, the transformation into a park will formally begin on August 17. Phase One aims to establish a functional outdoor area and will continue until it is fully ready for the community by mid-September 2026.
