On April 1, 2026, Pasona Corporation will launch the Heartful Support Program, designed to create a supportive work environment for disabled expert staff members. This initiative aims to facilitate long-term employment and ensure that these individuals can work with confidence and security.

Overview of the Heartful Support Program

Starting from April 1, 2026, the Heartful Support Program will be available to expert staff who have been employed at Pasona for six months or longer and possess a disability certificate. The program aims to provide financial assistance based on the duration of employment and the number of working hours per week.

Target Audience

The program specifically caters to:

• - Expert staff at Pasona with a disability certificate
• - Individuals who have been employed at Pasona for at least six months

Financial Support Details

Eligible participants can receive financial support as follows:

• - Amount: JPY 30,000 or JPY 60,000 per issuance
• - Frequency: Twice a year (June and December)

This financial assistance is intended to alleviate the challenges faced by disabled employees and motivate them to strive for professional growth and success. Pasona aims to create an ecosystem where everyone can thrive, regardless of their physical limitations.
