Montgomery's career includes significant leadership positions at respected names like Seven Bar Aviation, Med-Trans Corp, and EagleMed. At GMR, she has been instrumental in overseeing operations across more than 70 locations nationwide, forging partnerships that significantly improve emergency medical transport services. Her collaborative efforts with major medical organizations have strengthened critical healthcare delivery systems, underscoring her integral role in the air medical transport landscape.
In addition to her corporate experience, Montgomery is an active member of the Maverick chapter of Young Presidents Organization and has served on the boards of multiple air medical transport entities, which includes the Commission on Accreditation of Medical Transport Systems (CAMTS) and the MedEvac Foundation International. Her past involvement with the Association of Air Medical Services (AAMS), particularly as a member of the Executive Committee and as a former Chairman of the Air Medical Operators Association (AMOA), highlights her leadership position within the industry.
