The Rebake Rookie Award 2025 Fall has been announced, highlighting ten bakeries that have recently gained considerable attention among bread enthusiasts. Managed by Quagga LLC, a company based in Sumida, Tokyo, Rebake is dedicated to reducing food waste through the sale of high-quality bread. This award is given to bakeries that have excelled in popularity and reviews within the last six months.

In the latest round (from February to July 2025), a total of 59 bakeries were registered on the Rebake platform. Ten of these bakeries were awarded the Rookie Award based on a combination of purchase volume, repeat rates, and customer feedback.
