Scheduled to open on January 8, 2026, within the PLAY! PARK ERIC CARLE, this initiative is designed to cultivate children's curiosity and life skills through a myriad of activities.

Understanding the Need

With the rising number of dual-income families, the importance of providing safe and engaging environments for kids after school has become a pressing social issue. Reports indicate that children typically have about 4 to 5 hours of free time after school, but the opportunities available to them—spanning sports, nature experiences, and cultural activities—are often unevenly distributed. This disparity can significantly impact their development and overall well-being.

In response, 'JUNCTION!' aims to be a hub where children can freely explore, play, and learn alongside diverse peers. Emphasizing the importance of experiential learning, the community will empower children to develop vital skills such as curiosity, critical thinking, and resilience.
