Event Details

The program for the day breaks down into two sessions:

• - Session 1: Registration from 10:30 AM, Lunch at 11:30 AM, Show & Table Rounds starting at 1:00 PM, and a Photo Session at 2:00 PM.
• - Session 2: Registration from 3:30 PM, Lunch at 4:30 PM, Show & Table Rounds starting at 6:00 PM, with a Photo Session at 7:00 PM.

The 'Natsumachi Corner' will be open from 10:30 AM to 6:00 PM, providing ample time to enjoy all the fun activities.

Pricing

• - Adults: ¥7,000
• - Middle and High School Students: ¥5,000
• - Children (ages 3 to elementary school students): ¥3,500

Reservation is required, and the fees include buffet and soft drinks.

• - Stage Show: Enjoy a mini live performance featuring quizzes and dances with Hello Kitty and My Melody in yukata costumes, enhanced by table rounds.

Reservation Information

Reservations will be accepted starting June 11, 2025, at 10:00 AM via phone. It’s advisable to book early, as slots may fill quickly. The cutoff for reservations is July 11, 2025, or once the venue reaches full capacity. Payment will be via prepayment (bank transfer).

Please note that children under 3 can attend for free if they sit on a lap of an adult guest. However, if they require a seat, there will be a fee. Limited child-sized chairs are available.

Cancellation policy: A 100% charge will apply from July 14, 2025. Prices include a service charge of 12% and a consumption tax of 10%.

Allergies: Please inform staff in advance about any food allergies. The menu may be subject to change based on ingredient availability.
