The event, held from April 7 to 13, showcased an impressive array of more than 60 flagship products spread across nine categories, highlighting the company’s robust push towards further digitalization and environmental sustainability.

One of the standout attractions at Zoomlion's exhibition was the ZT72J-V, Europe's tallest telescopic boom lift, symbolizing the company’s leadership in high-end aerial work platforms (AWP). Accompanying this were ten advanced earthmoving machines, many equipped with features such as 5G remote control, AI panoramic monitoring, and electric drive energy recovery, marking a significant step forward in construction technology. In the realm of tower cranes, the R800-40, recognized as the largest-tonnage Chinese model showcased in Europe, drew considerable attention due to its safety features, high efficiency, and transportability.

Among the highlights were six concrete machines, including an impressive 70-meter concrete pump truck equipped with a topology-optimized boom and smart mixer trucks that support remote upgrades and intelligent diagnostics. Additionally, Zoomlion presented comprehensive system solutions leveraging industrial internet, artificial intelligence, big data, and new energy technologies aimed at enhancing overall productivity in the construction sector.

Moreover, Zoomlion's focus extends beyond machinery; it integrates seamless digital and intelligent solutions designed to transform operations in construction. Their mining solution, for instance, features unmanned trucks and remote control options, enabling a fully automated experience in mining, digging, transporting, and unloading processes. At bauma 2025, over 20 featured products are locally manufactured in Europe to align with market expectations and customer preferences in areas such as performance, technology, standards, and design.

The newly introduced 72-ton and 62-ton folding jib cranes, produced in Germany, comply with the EN12999 standards and carry CE certification, ensuring credibility and safety. Furthermore, products such as the R800-40 flat-top tower crane, manufactured in China and assembled in Europe, exemplify efficient delivery models that benefit customers directly.

Future Prospects and Commitments

The recent laying of the cornerstone for Phase II at the German factory project in Waldlaubersheim and the inauguration of an AWP factory in Hungary showcases Zoomlion's drive towards global expansion. Currently, the company operates 11 R&D bases and 210 service centers, with a remarkable presence in over 170 countries facilitated by 6,300 overseas staff dedicated to maintaining swift delivery and growth.
