This interactive seminar aims to explore innovative strategies for enhancing the delivery of in-home medical support, particularly for individuals with significant disabilities and the elderly.

Context

Given the aging population and an increase in the number of elderly individuals requiring medical care, there is a striking shortage of personnel capable of providing essential medical tasks, such as suctioning and tube feeding. Current care provision is often heavily reliant on doctors and nurses, leading to gaps in necessary services. The seminar will shed light on potential solutions, including the collaboration between medical and nursing care professionals and how tasks can be shifted from medical to nursing roles to bridge existing gaps.

The Eustyle Care Seminar

Since May 2025, Eustyle Laboratory has been offering a free online seminar series focusing on advanced nursing and home care topics once a month. The initiative serves care managers, support workers, and other professionals in the caregiving sector by providing case studies, expert insights, and up-to-date information relevant to severe home care.

In this special edition of the Eustyle Care Seminar in September, participants will have the opportunity to engage with Shunichiro Ito, CEO of Agrigroup, during a live discussion where he will be joined by Eustyle Laboratory's CEO, Takeshi Ohata.
