Vista Partners with Gogo to Revolutionize In-Flight Connectivity with Gogo Galileo

Vista Partners with Gogo for Advanced In-Flight Connectivity

In a significant advancement for the future of private aviation, Vista, a premier group in the industry, has announced a groundbreaking partnership with Gogo to introduce the Gogo Galileo broadband connectivity system across its fleet. Scheduled to commence in November 2025, this initiative sets a new standard for in-flight connectivity, ensuring that travelers enjoy seamless internet access throughout their journeys.

A Major Leap in Connectivity

The Gogo Galileo system is purpose-built to meet the needs of business aviation. Unlike conventional systems that often lose connectivity during takeoff or in certain altitudes, the Galileo terminals provide a robust and consistent internet connection. This allows passengers to engage in video conferences, stream content, and stay connected with family and colleagues without disruption. With the support of the Eutelsat OneWeb satellite constellation, the system guarantees low-latency connectivity across global airspaces.

The initial rollout will see upgrades made to Vista's European aircraft, expanding to the United States and Asia by January 2026. Vista plans to enhance connectivity on one aircraft every nine days, translating to a reach of at least 60 upgraded planes within the first 18 months.

Design and Performance Enhancements

Employing an innovative architecture, the system integrates a single AVANCE unit alongside the Galileo antenna, improving reliability and simplifying installation. This advanced setup enables real-time performance monitoring and provides a self-service portal to enhance transparency for the operations team. To minimize downtime, Vista and Gogo have arranged for spare parts to be available at all major Vista maintenance centers globally.

Evolving with Customer Needs

Thomas Flohr, Chairman and Founder of Vista, emphasized the company’s commitment to delivering exceptional services to its members. He stated, "Our Members expect a global standard of ultimate excellence — in service, safety and now, connectivity. With Gogo Galileo, we are providing the most advanced Wi-Fi experience available in business aviation, anywhere in the world."

Chris Moore, CEO of Gogo, echoed this sentiment by stating that the partnership allows members to enjoy reliable, low-latency connectivity. This is crucial for maintaining productivity and entertainment during flights, regardless of location. The multi-lingual, 24/7/365 customer support will ensure passengers stay connected and satisfied.

Unprecedented Global Connectivity

What sets Gogo Galileo apart from its predecessors is its ability to offer uninterrupted coverage across countries and oceans, making it possible to remain connected during all stages of flight. Whether finalizing a business deal or enjoying a streaming session, passengers can now look forward to an experience matching that of their homes or offices.

By mid-2026, Vista aims to equip its entire fleet of 270 aircraft with either Gogo Galileo or upgraded Ku/Ka-band connectivity systems. This will help ensure that all flights provide a uniformly high-speed experience for every passenger all over the world.
