As automobile preferences shift, KINTO Corporation, headquartered in Nagoya, has recently conducted a comparative study of Generation Z's (ages 18-25) attitudes towards car ownership, focusing on their behavior in urban Tokyo and rural areas. The results from this study, conducted from February 20 to March 6, 2026, drew a response from urban respondents with driving licenses numbering 365 individuals and 302 people from non-designated prefectural areas.
