Oxford Performing Arts Center Unveils 2025-2026 Season
In an exciting announcement, the Oxford Performing Arts Center (OPAC) in Northeast Alabama has revealed its anticipated lineup for the upcoming 2025-2026 season. This year promises an array of world-class entertainment, with a diverse mix of renowned Broadway shows, legendary rock bands, and celebrated country artists, ensuring that there is something for everyone.
A Season to Remember
The season kicks off with the electrifying Motortown All-Stars on September 26, setting the tone for an unforgettable lineup. October follows with a variety of performances that celebrate both country and rock music. Highlights include the harmonious sounds of the award-winning family group The Isaacs on October 5 and country favorites Shenandoah on October 9. Not to be missed is the rock and roll hall of famers, Cheap Trick, taking the stage on October 12, alongside a vibrant celebration of Dia de los Muertos featuring the Mariachi Sol de Mexico on October 16.
As the month progresses, audiences can look forward to performances by entertainment icons such as Frankie Avalon on October 17 and Wayne Newton on October 23, each bringing their unique flair to the majestic theater.
Celebrating the Holidays
As the holiday season approaches, November promises to be equally thrilling. Country music hits will ring through the air with Jamey Johnson on November 4 and Joe Nichols on November 14. The Commodores will evoke nostalgia with their soulful sounds on November 13, followed by the festive tradition of Dolly Parton's Smoky Mountain Christmas on November 23, creating a heartwarming atmosphere for all attendees.
December rounds out the year with Broadway magic as OPAC hosts the national tour of
TINA - The Tina Turner Musical on December 5. Fans can also enjoy the beloved Christmas with the Pops on December 7, and celebrate Southern rock with The Marshall Tucker Band on December 13.

Swan Lake by the World Ballet Company on April 11, culminating in the ultimate sing-along experience with
ABBA-Mania on May 29.
