Teays River Investments Appoints Micah Vincent as President and CEO
Teays River Investments, a frontrunner in permanent capital holdings focusing on agriculture, has recently announced the appointment of
Micah Vincent as its
President and Chief Executive Officer. This decision was unanimously approved by the Board of Directors, with Vincent assuming the role immediately. Previously, he had joined Teays in
July 2024 as the Chief Financial Officer and has been acting as CEO since
May 2025, all while continuing his responsibilities as CFO.
In his new capacity as
President and CEO, Micah Vincent is set to spearhead the holding company's strategies, support its operating divisions, and oversee the allocation of capital. His major goal will be to enhance performance within Teays’ investments, which include sectors like organic dairy, produce, and seeds. Vincent’s vision aligns with driving
sustainable growth and creating value for all stakeholders involved.
Vincent brings a wealth of experience to this role, particularly in finance, strategy, and public policy. Before his tenure at Teays River, he held several executive positions at
The Heritage Group from
2019 to 2024, centering on strategy and finance. His laudable career also includes founding
Avenew, Inc. in 2022, where he served as a board member, as well as roles in advisory capacities, such as at
Cirba Solutions from
2021 to 2023. He holds a
Bachelor of Science in Management from
Purdue University and a
Juris Doctorate from the
Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law.

Vincent’s past public service experience is notable; he served as the
Director of the Indiana Office of Management and Budget from
2015 to 2019, acting notably as the Chief Financial Officer for the State of Indiana. His finance and public policy roles span various positions within state government, earning him twice the
Sagamore of the Wabash, Indiana's highest civilian honor. He currently serves on multiple civic and innovation boards, including the
Indiana Public Retirement System, and holds director roles at
Grimmway Produce Group and
Remington Seeds.
