Celebrating Kamui Fujiwara's 45 Years of Remarkable Artistry



Acclaimed manga artist Kamui Fujiwara, known for his contributions to various media, is celebrating an impressive 45 years in the industry. To mark this milestone, a special exhibition titled "DQ Heavenly World Tour" is being held, focusing on two of his iconic works: the manga "Dragon Quest: Legend of the Roto Emblem" and the action RPG "Earth Creation." This exhibition invites fans to join a unique adventure alongside legendary heroes Ark and Ars.

The exhibition showcases a special world map that combines the key locations from both works, providing attendees a unique experience that cannot be found anywhere else.

The event is divided into two parts, each held at different venues:

  • - Part 1: From May 17 (Saturday) to June 1 (Sunday)
- West Hemisphere: "Dragon Quest: Legend of the Roto Emblem"
- East Hemisphere: "Earth Creation"

Exploring the special map, fans will retrace the journey of the main characters and their allies, immersing themselves in the rich lore and visual splendor of these beloved series.

In addition to the thematic displays, the exhibition features rare original sketches and setting materials created during the series' serialization as well as newly commissioned works and signed reproductions available for purchase. Attendees can also buy exclusive merchandise commemorating this historic event, including three special volumes that will be available for sale at the venue before anywhere else.

Please be aware that all items are limited edition, and there may be instances where products sell out.

About Kamui Fujiwara


Originally from Tokyo, Kamui Fujiwara graduated from Kuwasawa Design School, making his manga debut in 1979 after winning an award at the 18th Tezuka Award for his work "A Typical Morning." His notable manga works include:
