ANA X Corporation is thrilled to announce a new initiative for their popular "ANA LIVE SHOPPING" platform, set to take place over two days from July 18 to 19, 2025. This year, we will focus on the beautiful Iwanai region in Hokkaido, featuring local delicacies and cultural festivities that capture the essence of the area.

Day One: A Taste of Iwanai Delights

On July 18, the first day of our live event will showcase mouth-watering local specialties from Iwanai. Expect delicious offerings that are perfect for the summer season, including:

- Raidan Melon: Awarded by the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, known for its rich aroma and high sugar content.
- Craft Beer: Brewed with fresh hops discovered in Iwanai and deep-sea water from the region.
- Sakura Masu Set: Crafted by local mothers, each set is prepared with traditional methods.
- Sweetened Sea Urchin: Luxuriously fresh sea urchin featured in our culinary delights.

During the live session starting at 8:00 PM, viewers can not only learn about these delicious products but also purchase them directly, allowing for a unique interactive shopping experience. Participants will have the option to earn and use ANA miles while making purchases, adding an extra layer of engagement.

Day Two: Festival Participation Live

The excitement continues on July 19 at 2:30 PM with a groundbreaking event—our first-ever “festival participation live” at the well-known Kuki Festival. Attendees can immerse themselves in the vibrant atmosphere of this festival happening in the Iwanai region, where the excitement of local cuisine and the lively spirit of the event will be broadcast live.

The Kuki Festival is particularly notable, drawing around 4,000 visitors to the small village of Tomari, facilitating a unique blend of performance art, culinary experiences, and cultural showcases. Famous artists and spectacular firework displays illuminate the sky, making it a feast for the senses.

The Iwanai region comprises four municipalities—Tomari, Iwanai, Kyowa, and Kamekura—each boasting a wealth of natural beauty and delectable produce. Located just a two-hour drive from Sapporo, this area is easily accessible and offers a bountiful marine and agricultural landscape perfect for summer enjoyment.

Post-Event Engagement

After the event, the recorded sessions will be available on the penguin video service, allowing missed broadcast viewers to catch up. Additionally, product sales will continue for a limited time, offering viewers the chance to purchase their favorite items and plan travels to explore Iwanai in person.
