Set to begin on November 18, 2025, this exciting contest invites participants to capture the beauty of seasonal transitions with our beloved company character, Beary-kun.

Note: Rankings are based on internal research conducted from May 14 to May 28, 2024, analyzing the top 10 rental housing brokerage firms in Japan.

Contest Theme: From Autumn to Winter

The theme for this year's contest, “From Autumn to Winter,” beautifully reflects the changing seasons. Participants are encouraged to capture scenes that illustrate the rich tapestry of nature as it transitions through autumn’s colorful foliage into winter’s chilly embrace.

Imagine capturing the warmth of Beary-kun strolling beneath golden ginkgo trees—symbolizing the deepening autumn—creating a serene moment filled with tranquility. Or perhaps, the cozy image of Beary-kun reading on a park bench, wrapped in a warm blanket and holding a steaming cup, evokes the heartfelt charm of an autumn weekend. Additionally, a playful shot of Beary-kun alongside a squirrel clutching acorns encapsulates the essence of coexisting with nature and preparing for the upcoming winter.

“Beary-kun AR” seamlessly blends into any landscape, making it easy to combine your favorite seasonal scenery with creative expressions celebrating the transition from autumn to winter.

Contest Details

Participants will take photos with Beary-kun AR and post them on social media using the themed hashtag #べあ君ar体験.

- Application Period: November 18, 2025, 10:00 AM - November 24, 2025, 9:30 AM

How to Enter:

1. Use your smartphone to scan the QR code that launches the official AR Beary-kun experience (no app required).
2. Photograph Beary-kun AR in settings that reflect the theme of transitioning from autumn to winter, alongside natural elements and festive items.
3. Post your creations on Instagram or X (formerly Twitter) with the hashtag #べあ君ar体験, ensuring your account is public for eligibility.

Judging Criteria

Entries will be evaluated based on:

- Relevance to the theme (friendship with Beary-kun)
- Originality, composition, color, and storytelling
- Expressiveness of joy, safety, and fun in the submitted content

Prizes

Three winners will receive special recognition as Beary-kun’s Thank You Gift:
1. Grand Prize: A selection of seasonal sweets valued at 3,000 yen—chosen by Beary-kun!
2. Two Runner-ups: Each will receive a 500 yen Starbucks eGift.

Winners will be announced by DM to their social media accounts by November 26, 2025, and selected entries will be featured on the Beary-kun special website until the same date.
