Trinity, a leader in life sciences commercialization, has recently welcomed Tina Durocher-Murphy as its Chief People Officer (CPO). Tina Durocher-Murphy will be instrumental in shaping and executing Trinity's human capital strategy. Her primary responsibilities will include steering talent acquisition, overseeing total reward systems, and driving cultural engagement programs. With over twenty years of experience in human resources across various sectors, including life sciences and healthcare, Tina Durocher-Murphy brings a wealth of knowledge to the role. Before joining Trinity, she served as the Chief People Officer at the Precision Medicine Group and Millennium Physician Group, where she implemented significant HR strategies that supported rapid expansion. Additionally, she has held senior positions at PRA Health Sciences and Quintiles/IQVIA, alongside a dozen years in HR leadership roles at Abbott.

In her own words, Tina expressed her excitement about joining Trinity, citing its mission-driven culture as a significant factor in her decision. She aims to develop a robust people strategy that not only attracts and cultivates talent but also enhances collaboration within teams, fostering an environment where individuals can thrive and contribute meaningfully to the organization and its clients.

Beyond her corporate endeavors, Tina is committed to giving back to the community. She has volunteered with various organizations, including serving as the Board Chair for the Central North Carolina branch of the American Red Cross, and supporting initiatives like Dress for Success and The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society’s Light the Night campaign.

Tina holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Wisconsin–Stevens Point and a master’s degree in industrial/organizational psychology from Springfield College in Massachusetts, providing her a solid foundation for her role in human resources.
