&PLACE Kyobashi: A New Era for Startups
Overview
In response to the burgeoning market of small-scale offices for companies with ten employees or fewer, LOOPLACE, a Tokyo-based real estate regeneration company, is proud to announce the opening of a new shared workspace,
&PLACE Kyobashi, scheduled for July 2026. This initiative aims to create an inviting and flexible environment for early-stage startups and growing businesses seeking a space that reflects their identity and vision.
Features of &PLACE Kyobashi
&PLACE Kyobashi will cater to startups and emerging companies, providing a myriad of shared amenities, including:
- - Common Lounge for casual meetings and networking,
- - Shared Conference Rooms available in various sizes for client meetings and collaborations,
- - Dedicated Web Meeting Rooms for virtual interactions,
- - Numerous flexible plans tailored to fit the needs of different team sizes, ranging from solo entrepreneurs to small teams of up to ten members.
The shared workspace emphasizes more than just physical space; it aims to enhance the daily experiences of its tenants through thoughtful design and innovative operational support. By leveraging LOOPLACE's expertise in creating engaging environments, we strive to nurture a workspace that allows fledgling companies to flourish.
A Community Hub
The concept behind &PLACE Kyobashi is “Our Base, a Gateway to Ideas.” For startups, an office transcends its role as a mere workstation; it embodies their identity and fosters the development of innovative concepts. Strategically located in the vibrant Kyobashi and Shintomi-cho area—within walking distance of Tokyo Station and Ginza—&PLACE combines urban convenience with the charm of traditional small businesses and local shops, effectively creating a nurturing atmosphere for entrepreneurial endeavors.
Utilizing the building's historical charm, we designed the workspace with a keen focus on modern functionality—offering a well-equipped lounge that welcomes greenery and natural light, creating a comfortable environment for casual meetings and collaboration among residents.
Office Plans Tailored for You
In line with the diverse working styles and sizes of businesses, we offer four types of plans:
1.
Free Plan – Ideal for individuals seeking flexible, drop-in access to our lounge area, perfect for remote work outside the home or traditional office.
2.
Booth Plan – For 1 to 2 people who prefer a semi-private workspace while maintaining the collaborative spirit of a shared environment.
3.
Room Plan – Lockable private rooms designed for individuals who require a quiet space to focus on their work.
4.
Office Plan – Enclosed spaces for teams of 4 to 10, providing an exclusive environment that fosters creativity and team collaboration.
All plans permit company registration, making &PLACE Kyobashi a viable long-term solution for evolving startups.
Supporting the Workforce
Beyond simply providing a space, LOOPLACE is committed to enhancing the entire working experience. The shared lounge is thoughtfully curated with relaxing scents, a selection of magazines, and complimentary refreshments—ensuring that our residents’ workdays are not only productive but enjoyable. We believe that an impressive workspace can lead to remarkable outcomes, and our goal is to empower small teams to take the next step in their business journey.
