Zoomlion Showcases Innovative Machinery and Smart Solutions at Bauma CHINA 2024

On November 26, 2024, Zoomlion kicked off its participation in this year's Bauma CHINA, held in Shanghai, with the theme "Greener Development, Brighter Future." This exhibition marks the largest display of Zoomlion's products at Bauma CHINA to date, featuring the company's commitment to innovative solutions in the construction machinery sector.

A Grand Exhibition

The exhibition presents over 70 products and solutions across nine main categories, including mobile cranes, concrete machinery, construction lifting equipment, earth-moving machinery, mining machinery, aerial work platforms (PEMPs), foundation equipment, industrial vehicles, and new construction materials.

Among the standout achievements showcased is the world's tallest telescopic self-propelled PEMP, reaching an impressive height of 82 meters. A Zoomlion representative noted that this marks the third consecutive record-breaking height for their intelligent PEMP, previously achieving 68 and 72 meters. Visitors were also impressed by the largest distributed tonnage electric crawler crane, a new energy pumping truck with the longest boom, and the very first hybrid mining vehicle among other high-end products.

Zoomlion is also displaying multifaceted construction solutions at the dynamic demonstration area, which includes fully electric and driverless construction equipment like an excavator, a compact loader, and an articulated boom PEMP. These demonstrations reveal their capacity for autonomous operations through Zoomlion's patented solutions.

Specialized Intelligent Solutions

Additionally, Zoomlion provides custom-built solutions tailored for specific scenarios in the construction sector. In mining applications, for example, their subsidiary Zvalley is presenting an integrated smart mining solution that encompasses autonomous trucks and remote-controlled operations. Various digital lifting products, advanced intelligent lifting commercial systems, specific digital products for concrete, and autonomous tower crane solutions offer visitors a comprehensive view of the evolution in construction machinery technologies from traditional tools to sophisticated decision-making systems.

Furthermore, Zoomlion is not only showcasing its best-selling domestic products but is also presenting customized solutions tailored for key international markets. Highlighted products include the third-generation Australian concrete mixer truck, a 38-meter pump truck tailored for Western Europe, four models of new-generation foundation equipment, and ten series of compact earth-moving equipment that are well-received by global customers. This underscores Zoomlion's latest achievements in research, development, and manufacturing on an international scale.

On the very first day of the event, customers from Australia, Latin America, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Europe finalized contracts with Zoomlion for various equipment, including mobile cranes, concrete machinery, construction lifting equipment, earth-moving machinery, and aerial work platforms. They also engaged in in-depth discussions with international financial institutions.

During the exhibition, Zoomlion hosted an event titled "Zoomlion Impressions Hunan Highlights," inviting more than 300 international clients on a chartered flight to Changsha. At Zoomlion's Smart Industrial City, recognized as the largest and most diverse integrated machinery manufacturing base worldwide, clients experienced firsthand the marvels of cutting-edge Chinese intelligent manufacturing.
