TAT Technologies Reports Strong Performance in Q2 2025



TAT Technologies Ltd. (NASDAQ: TATT) has reported its results for the second quarter of 2025, highlighting significant growth and progress across its operations. The company, which is recognized for its contributions to the aerospace and defense industries, announced a remarkable 18% increase in revenues compared to the same quarter last year, totaling $43.1 million from $36.5 million in Q2 2024.

Financial Highlights


The first half of 2025 proved just as fruitful, with a 20.7% rise in revenues, amounting to $85.2 million, compared to $70.6 million in the same period of 2024. The gross profit also reflected an encouraging trend, showing a 35.6% increase to $10.8 million, which constitutes 25.1% of total revenues. This stands in contrast to 21.9% during the second quarter of the previous year.

Operating income surged by 62.2%, reaching $4.4 million, compared to $2.7 million in Q2 2024. The net income followed suit, increasing 31.5% to $3.4 million from $2.6 million in the same quarter last year. Adjusted EBITDA saw a healthy 39.2% increase to $6.1 million, representing 14.0% of revenues.

In addition to the positive revenue and income growth, the company generated a substantial cash flow from operating activities, totaling $6.9 million in Q2, sharply contrasting the $4.1 million used in the same quarter the previous year.

Mr. Igal Zamir, CEO and President of TAT Technologies, commented on the positive results with optimism. He noted that despite experiencing slowdowns in certain Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) activities, the company has successfully leveraged its diversified business model to achieve organic growth. Key factors supporting this upward trend include the re-acceleration of MRO intake and expanded contracts in existing segments.
