Monex Securities Supports NTT Group Employees' Asset Building Initiative

Monex Securities Takes a Major Step for NTT Group Employees

In a significant move to bolster financial well-being among its workforce, Monex Securities, headquartered in Minato, Tokyo, has been selected as the designated brokerage firm for approximately 100 companies under the NTT Group, catering to around 140,000 employees. This initiative, known as the "Workplace Tsumitate NISA," is set to commence on April 1, 2026, and is designed to promote asset formation among employees.

Partnership Background

This collaboration marks a continuation of Monex Securities' partnership with NTT Group's subsidiary, NTT DoCoMo. Since commencing capital and business ties, Monex has deepened its service offerings, including features such as:
  • - Credit Card Savings via d-card®
  • - Integration of securities accounts with d-accounts®
  • - Investment options using d-points
  • - Launch of simple asset management services

The partnership has seen success reflected in a record high of new account openings in January 2026. As the only securities firm within the DoCoMo group, Monex aims to extend its asset formation services to NTT Group employees through the Workplace Tsumitate NISA and a stock compensation program.

Initiative Overview

Monex Securities will support the NTT Group's asset-building initiatives through two main avenues:

1. Designated Brokerage for the Workplace Tsumitate NISA

This system, designed as part of employee welfare, aims to facilitate systematic asset formation. Monex will act as the designated securities firm for the Workplace Tsumitate NISA, enhancing engagement and supporting employees in their financial journeys.

2. Designated Custodian for Stock Compensation Program

NTT Group has implemented a stock grant system aimed at enhancing corporate value over time and is targeting mid-level management who meet specific criteria. Monex will ensure smooth management of the stock granted to employees, further contributing to the long-term corporate value enhancement within the NTT Group.

Features of Workplace Tsumitate NISA

The platform offered by Monex Securities boasts several key characteristics to facilitate straightforward implementation:
  • - User-Friendly Interface: Monex has obtained a patent for its information processing systems, streamlining the link between employee information and Monex accounts. This intervention eliminates complexities that previously hindered companies from adopting such programs.
  • - Incentives for Usage: Plans are in place to boost participation rates through incentives like bonuses and salary deductions.
  • - Efficient Investment Education: Leverage online educational content that caters to the investment sector's needs.
