He has successfully overseen operations at some of the world's most celebrated Forbes Four- and Five-Star destination resorts as well as boutique hotels and large-scale residential resorts.

Prior to his role at Suncadia, Perkins held leadership positions in globally recognized organizations, including Hyatt Corporation, Vail Resorts Hospitality, RockResorts, and East West Resorts. Throughout his extensive career, he has established a reputation for leading complex organizations effectively while fostering a strong culture centered on service, accountability, and collaboration. His leadership philosophy emphasizes thoughtful growth, alignment between resort operations and residential communities, and a deep respect for the natural environment—principles that resonate closely with Suncadia's vision for the future.
