About the Speaker
Yuto Saito, CEO of MISOVATION
Born in 1994 and hailing from Miyazaki Prefecture, Saito is a qualified nutritionist. He engaged in research on molecular nutrition and umami critical periods while studying at Tokyo University of Agriculture. After graduating, he worked at Kagome Co., Ltd. and Recruit Career Co., Ltd. His personal experience with his grandfather’s illness inspired the founding of MISOVATION in 2021. His dedication to innovating health solutions through the functional attributes of miso has earned him recognition as one of Forbes Japan's ‘NEXT 100.’
