Nord Anglia Education Celebrates Remarkable IBDP Results



Nord Anglia Education, recognized globally as the premier institution offering the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP), proudly announced the exceptional achievements of its students for the academic year 2024/25. This year, students averaged 34 points on the IBDP, significantly outpacing the global average of 30.58 points. This marks the twelfth consecutive year that Nord Anglia has surpassed the global benchmarks, reflecting the institution's unwavering commitment to academic excellence.

In total, 2,020 students from Nord Anglia sat for the IBDP examination, a substantial rise from 1,895 in the prior year. The increase in candidates also showcased the expansion and popularity of the IBDP across Nord Anglia's schools. This year’s results included a total of 39 schools where students achieved scores exceeding 40 points, illustrating a notable 22% increase from the previous year.

Highlighting their stellar performance, students from seven Nord Anglia schools accomplished the pinnacle of success with a perfect score of 45, which is the highest attainable mark in the IBDP. Among these schools, Amman Academy led with an inspiring average score of 41.5 points and celebrated five perfect scores. Additionally, Nord Anglia International School Pudong demonstrated significant improvement, soaring from 33.3 points in 2023/24 to an impressive 40-point average this year.

Several schools earned recognition in the prestigious 2025 Spear's Schools Index, including Nord Anglia International School Dubai, which attained an average of 36 points, and Collège Alpin Beau Soleil in Switzerland with 35.7 points.

These institutions include the University of Oxford, the University of Cambridge, Stanford University, Yale University, UC Berkeley, Imperial College London, and the London School of Economics, among many others across North America, Europe, Asia, and Australia.
