CLO Virtual Fashion, a prominent name in 3D fashion technology, has recently announced a substantial win in its prolonged legal battle against Zhejiang Lingdi Digital Technology Co. Ltd., the company responsible for Style3D. The Zhejiang Provincial High People's Court concluded the case with a strong ruling in favor of CLO, establishing a significant precedent regarding software copyright protection in the tech and fashion industries.

This judgment is particularly noteworthy as it marks a decisive end to a multi-year dispute that focused on allegations of large-scale copyright infringement. CLO accused Style3D of using unauthorized versions of its software for commercial purposes.
