Experience the Think Experiment Exhibition in Tokyo
The immersive entertainment company NO MORE, headquartered in Shibuya, Tokyo, has just announced its exciting new project - the
Think Experiment Exhibition, which will kick off on May 4 in Nihonbashi, Tokyo. The general ticket sales for this innovative experience began on May 2.
The exhibition poses a tantalizing question: "What if you could live in another world?" This fresh narrative-driven entertainment invites entrants to explore their inner selves through a series of thought-provoking experiments. In collaboration with
Dizum, the mastermind behind the renowned tabletop RPG scenario
Katashiro, and the creative genius of
Yuki Hiroya, the exhibition promises attendees a world of captivating choices and self-discovery. This unique event is set to captivate audiences with its novel form of experiential entertainment.
In a remarkable show of support, the crowdfunding campaign premiered before the event concluded, raising a total of
6.57 million yen, which is a remarkable 131% of its target. This level of interest illustrates just how compelling the concept of the exhibition is, even before the specifics were fully revealed. The main visual for the exhibition has also been released, crafted by Illustrator
Nobio, featuring an adventurer who embarks on an unknown journey — hinting at the intriguing experiments that await!
As the exhibition dates approach, ticket sales have begun for the general public, which runs from May 4 to May 29. Attendees can expect a journey that spans approximately
60 minutes, where small groups (up to 5 people) will be guided through the exhibition. All participants will undergo a unique diagnostic process that will determine their roles within this imaginative universe, further enhancing the personalized experience.
What to Expect from the Think Experiment Exhibition
The event blends elements of traditional exhibitions with interactive narrative storytelling, providing a platform for participants to engage in deep self-reflection. Unlike conventional experiences where one simply observes, here, the protagonist is the attendee themselves. The choices they make will shape their experiences and, consequently, their understanding of alternate realities and personal values.
Maybe at first, you might feel a little disoriented as you navigate this new kind of experience. It may differ significantly from typical exhibits or passive entertainment. However, there's no cause for worry; participants are encouraged to embrace their feelings and articulate their thoughts throughout the journey. Guided by the inner voice and intuitive responses, the adventure could lead you to meet an untapped version of yourself and discover cherished beliefs you might have overlooked.
