In an ambitious move aimed at enhancing its market position, Mediaplus North America, a prominent media agency within the Serviceplan Group, has announced key executive appointments amid its expanding operations. The agency has welcomed Stephen Lee as the Head of Data & Analytics and Matt DeZarlo as the Group Director of Media. Key Roles and Responsibilities


As Mediaplus's inaugural Head of Data & Analytics in North America, Stephen Lee will play a pivotal role in advancing the agency's capabilities in data, analytics, and technology for all clients within the region. Reporting to Chief Strategy Officer Jasmine Presson, Lee's responsibilities include developing advanced measurement frameworks, KPIs, and attribution models that link media investments to tangible business results. His expertise will also entail optimizing client analytics, embedding data storytelling in pitches, and creating AI-driven solutions tailored to local market demands.

Lee expressed enthusiasm about joining Mediaplus, stating, "The agency views data and AI not merely as trends but as vital components of genuine business transformation. With a solid background in audience data strategy, Lee previously held the position of Managing Director at Crossmedia and has more than 13 years of experience at EssenceMediacom in various senior leadership roles. His profound knowledge in converting complex data into actionable growth strategies has benefited numerous high-profile brands, including Mars Inc., Signet Jewelers, and Subway.

In his newly established role, Matt DeZarlo will oversee senior leadership across both client and agency teams, guiding media strategies and execution while nurturing talent in planning. He aims to monitor industry trends to drive innovation and support new business growth initiatives. Reporting to VP and Group Media Director Stefanie Flaum, DeZarlo will also work closely with pivotal clients such as TransUnion, contributing to broader agency growth goals.
